1) Species:

Chinese Fir, Pine, Radiata Pine, Paulownia, Poplar, MDF etc.

2) Specification:

a) Size: 42/66/92x11, 42/66/92/110/112/116/138x18 or design and produce as customized

b) Length: up to 6000mm only MDF up to 4880mm

2) Quality Requirements:

a) Clear products with finger joint and laminated

b) Moisture Content: 10%-12%

c) Primer: Prime after Gesso or with water/oil base primer directly

d) Dimension tolerance: must be strictly control within customer s requirements

e) Not allow any defects on the surface such as machine marks, color difference, knots oiling etc.. f) Finishing: flat, smooth and clean surface
